  • Bryon Leathers, 21, Danville: two counts third-degree terroristic threatening, 180 days each count count; two counts harassing communication, 90 days each count; two counts third-degree stalking, 180 days each count, all time to run concurrently, to serve 69 days, remaining time probated one year, stay away from victims.
  • Ashley D. Snow, 24, Danville: driving on DUI suspended license, amended to suspended license, 30 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year; endangering the welfare of a minor, 12 months, probated.
  • Jared B. Stevens, 32, Perryville: two counts fourth-degree assault, 180 days each count; two counts menacing, 90 days each count; two counts resisting arrest, 180 days; two counts third-degree terroristic threatening, 180 days each count, all time to run concurrently, to serve 30 days, remaining time probated one year; third-degree criminal trespassing, dismissed.

  • Brandon Bethea, 28, Danville: second-degree burglary, dismissed; and attempting to disarm an officer, resisting arrest, attempt menacing, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespassing, to serve 90 days each charge, concurrently.
  • Britany E. Bugg, 33, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin, amended to criminal attempt; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt; first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt and possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days each charge, to run concurrently, credit for 14 days served, remaining time probated two years.
  • Dallas B. Carlton, 27, Danville: two counts possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts possession of marijuana; attempt to tamper with physical evidence; driving on suspended license; and contempt of court, 30 days each charge, consecutively, to serve 20 days; no motorcycle license, no insurance card, improper display of plates, no or expired registration and no or expired plates, failure to use proper signal and convicted felon in possession of a handgun, all dismissed.
  • Jacob Gordon, 28, town unknown: theft of property that was delivered by mistake; possession of drug paraphernalia; and contempt of court, 30 days each charge, to serve concurrently, credit for 30 days served.
  • Alex R. McCrystal, 27: no tail lamps, dismissed; no liability insurance, $1,000 fine with $900 probated one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years.
  • Holly A. Stringer, 22, Junction City: possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; possession of marijuana, $200 fine.
  • Cora Sparks, 54, Junction City: violation of county ordinance, $50; criminal littering, 90 days; two counts second-degree disorderly conduct; menacing; two counts third-degree terroristic threatening; first-degree disorderly conduct; and resisting arrest, 90 days each charge, all time to run concurrently, credit for 17 days served, remaining time probated one year.
  • Kimberly Allen Naylor, 38, Danville: six counts theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting of merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days for five counts, to run concurrently, and 30 days for sixth count to run consecutively, credit for 14 days served remaining time probated one year, banned from Walmart, $203.34 restitution.
  • Brandon Tyler Pickett, 39, Harrodsburg: DUI, $250 fine, license suspended 120 days.
  • Richard A. Pike, 37, Parksville: trafficking in marijuana, 45 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days, to serve concurrently, credit for 45 days served; theft by deception, 30 days, credit for 30 days served. $160.19 restitution.
