Boyle County grand jury indicts 32

A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following people on Dec. 15:
• Marion Fisher, 36, 310 Sulphur Creek Road, Columbia: first-degree fleeing or evading police for allegedly fleeing from police in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances; three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to deputies Matt Swabey and Casey Rucker and another person while operating a motor vehicle; and first-degree unlawful imprisonment. The indictment alleges Fisher is a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $75,000. Kari Lamb testified.
• Holly Peck, 30, 70 Worldstown Road, Junction City: receiving stolen property less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Nathan Griffin, 23, 161 Shearin Ave., Danville: receiving stolen property less than $500; and unauthorized use of a vehicle. #ib 2,000. Dean testified.
• Connie Smith, 57, 2630 Ky. 1108, Parksville: abuse of public trust $10,000 or more but less than $100,000. Bail was set at $10,000 (10 percent). Brian Reeder with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Brian Atwood, 41, 11582 Lebanon Road, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Xavier Brown, 20, 514 Perkins Ave., Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; and receiving stolen property (firearm). Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Ricky Byrd, 54, 51 School House Road, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
• Deborah Coffman, 46, 5050 Ky. 300, Stanford: tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Jonathan Collier, 27, 45 Jackson St. No. 5, Danville: driving on a DUI-suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Angela Crank, 27, 686 Gilberts Creek, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Hannah Douglas, 27, 70 Maple Tree Place, Danville: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Carlos Dunn, 46, 699 Wren St., Harrodsburg: four counts of felony possession of a forged instrument for allegedly possessing four forged checks drawn on Farmer’s National Bank. Bail was set at $20,000. Dean testified.
• Robin Dunn, 19, 655 W. Lexington Ave. Apt. C, Danville: two counts of criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault for allegedly attempting to shoot two other people. Bail was set at $20,000. Kevin Peel with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Jeffrey Spielman, 45, 476 High St., Danville: murder. No bond was set. Tye Chavies with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Mary Francis, 29, 3075 Cornishvilla Road, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; and theft by unlawful taking under $500. Bail was set at $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the Danville Police Department testified.
• John Ganem, 22, 133 Hogue Road, Danville: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.
• Jacob Gordon, 24, 301 S. Jackson St., Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Charles Graham, 26, 313 Choctaw Trail, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Kristen Hembree, 30, 126 Lausman Ave., Danville: first-degree promoting contraband; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Christopher Hicks, 37, 310 W. Grubbs Lane, Danville: second-degree robbery; three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment; and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $20,000. Taylor Bottom with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Jeremy King, 35, 70 Worldstown Road, Junction City: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and receiving stolen property less than $500. Bail was set at $15,000. Dean testified.
• Bryan Miller, 34, 330 Hafley Branch, Hustonville: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or greater offense; first-degree wanton endangerment; driving on a DUI-suspended license; and failure to maintain liability insurance. Bail was set at $10,000. Russell Preston with the Junction City Police Department testified.
• Steven Moore, 35, 460 Turkey Foot Pass, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• William-Nelson Burkhart, 24, 341 Whitfield Dr., Lexington: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.
• Hugh Parker, 33, 310 W. Buford St., Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Jimmy Peters, 26, 5139 Chaplin Road, Willisburg: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Jena Reynolds, 24, 301 S. Jackson St., Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Joshua Robbins, 27, 412 E. Second St., Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Brian Shelton, 47, 130 Fairlane, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Catlin Wade, 20, 505 Baylor Place, Lexington: second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument for allegedly possessing a forged driver’s license. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Codie Widell, 25, 83 Crestview Dr., Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Damien Zahn, 22, 104 Christopher Dr., Richmond: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
