DISTRICT COURT

• Andrea Nicole Roy: DUI second offense, $350 fine, 12 days home incarceration, license suspended 18 month; and no tail lamps, possession of marijuana and two counts contempt of court, all dismissed.

• Noah Jordan Wagers: DUI, k$200 fine, license suspended six months; and failure to use signal, one headlight, rear license not illuminated and careless driving, all dismissed.

• Patricia D. Wheeler: possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year; driving on suspended license, amended to no license in possession, $50.

• Rayanna Brock: second-degree stalking, 90 days; harassing communications, 90 days, concurrently; two counts violation of IPO, 90 days each count, concurrently with each other but consecutively with other sentence, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year.

• Ryan R. • Luke A. Bendict, 28, Parksville: violation of protective order, dismissed; fourth-degree domestic assault, 30 days; possession of marijuana, 30 days, concurrently, probated two years.

• Jasmine Nicole Clark, 27, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200.

• Kevin Nevius, 45, Junction City: public intoxication with a controlled substance, 60 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; two counts contempt of court, dismissed; cultivating marijuana plants, 180 days, to run concurrently.

• Donald Yankey, 33, Danville: first-degree criminal trespassing, amended to third-degree criminal mischief, 30 days, credit for four days served, remaining time probated one year.

• Jennifer Burnett, 45, Stanford: public intoxication with a controlled substance, 10 days, credit for 10 days served.

• Blake J. Frederick, 26, Junction City/Lancaster: possession of drug paraphernalia, 120 days; obstructed windshield, dismissed; driving on suspended license, 30 days; no driver’s insurance, 30 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated one year.

• Bradley Scott Young, 39, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200; and driving on suspended license, failure to use proper signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court, all dismissed.

• Luke A. Benedict, 28, Park City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years; and failure to use headlights; no tail lamps and possession of drug paraphernalia, all dismissed.

• Samuel C. James, 29, London: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, 90 days, probated one year, $298 restitution within 90 days, banned from Walmart.

• Clay Garrett Ballard, 18, Danville: resisting arrest, 60 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days, concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year; and possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication with a controlled substance, continued.

• Allyson R. Campassi, 33, Science Hill: public intoxication with a controlled substance, 30 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years.

• Benjamin W. Egner, 47, Berea: possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years.

• Destin Michael Newman, 21, Danville: resisting arrest, 365 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days, concurrently, probated two years; DUI continued: possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, pre-trial diversion; and reckless driving; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, dismissed.

• Tyler Lee Roy Plummer, 36, Danville: first-degree criminal mischief, amended to second-degree, 300 days; leaving scene of accident, 30 days, concurrently, credit for five days served, remaining time probated two years; driving on suspended license, amended to no license in possession, $100; possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, dismissed.

• Joshua L. Wilson, 39, Junction City: second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree, 365 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.
