Firefighters with the Danville Fire Department went out to get toys for the department’s Toy Drive.
“We’ve been very blessed with donations,” said Lt. Shane Yocum. “A lot of local businesses have helped out. A lot.”
Around 200 children have been signed up to receive toys, Yocum said. While that number is up from last year, it’s down from the year before, he said.
