Forecast forces area cities to reschedule trick or treat

It’s no trick! Trick-or treating is Tuesday, Oct. 30, in Boyle and surrounding counties. On Monday, the National Weather Service predicted a 90 percent chance of rain, and possibly a thunderstorm on Wednesday evening, so officials changed the date to tonight.
Here are the times and locations for area trick-or-treating:
• Danville — The Heart of Danville’s Trick or Treat on Main will be Oct. 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. City of Danville trick or treating will be from 6 to 8 p.m.
• Junction City — city-wide trick or treating from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight.
• Perryville — city-wide trick or treating from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight.
• Harrodsburg — downtown’s Night of the Great Pumpkin is Oct. 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m., with city-wide trick or treating from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
• Burgin — city-wide trick or treating from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
• Lancaster — city-wide trick or treating from 6 to 8 p.m.
• Stanford — city-wide trick or treating from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
