The deed room at the Boyle County Clerk’s office was closed for several hours Thursday due to computer upgrades, said County Clerk Trille Bottom. The upgrade was part of a five-year contract renewal with Software Management LLC from Louisville. Once technicians disconnected the old computers, they connected all the new computers, monitors, mouses, keyboards and server. The technicians were to be on-hand today to make sure all the machines were working properly and there were no glitches.
