• Bennie E. Moore, 39, Junction City: second-degree criminal trespassing, 90 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days; third-degree arson, attempt, amended to menacing, 90 days, all time to run concurrently, to serve 14 days, remaining time probated one year, banned from premises.
• Richard Worthington, 46: fourth-degree domestic assault, 180 days, to serve 30 days, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.
• Shain Allen Bostic, 27, Campbellsville: possession of marijuana, $200; driving on suspended license, amended to no license in possession, $50.
• Terrill Lamont Trigg, 50: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; and one headlight, no seat belts, no insurance card and no driver’s insurance, all dismissed.
• Robert W. Brock, 66, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; no seat belts, $25; and possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substance prescription not in original container, dismissed.
• Melissa Elder, 48, Parksville: possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to attempt, 90 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year.
• William C. Jackson, 49, Danville: possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to attempt, failure to use proper signal and no rear view mirror, all dismissed.
• Michael Miller, 29, Gravel Switch: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, dismissed.
• Donald Lee Smith, 28, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated two years; driving without a license, amended to no license in possession, $50; and failure to use proper signal and driving on suspended license, dismissed.
