• Madison Leigh Tompkins: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth), amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 364 days, credit for 1 day served, 2 years probation; trafficking in marijuana less than 8 oz, same sentencing as above charge; third-degree trafficking in controlled substance, same as above charge; buy / possess drug paraphernalia, same as above.

• Robert E. Bourne: third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 363 days, credit for 2 days served, 2 years probation, remain off Walmart premises.

• Krystal Dawn Sousis: DUI of substance, $200 fine.

• Joshua S. Fuller: DUI aggravated circumstances, amended to careless driving, $100 fine; possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, $25 fine; no insurance first offense, amended to second or more offense, $100 fine.

• Jamal Wilkinson: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order, 30 days, credit for 9 days served, to run concurrently with below charges; fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 180 days, suspended 120 days, credit for 22 days served, no contact with victim; shoplifting between $500 and $1,000, 30 days.

• Micah Edwin Daly: DUI first offense, amended to second offense, 7 days, credit for 2 days served, $350 fine.

• Daniel Lee Wilder: third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 364 days, credit for 1 day served, 2 years probation, no contact with Walmart property, restitution $49.60 plus fees; controlled substance prescription not in original container, 90 days, suspended 90 days, 2 years probation.
