Two injured in one-vehicle crash

Danville Police responded to s single-vehicle accident with a rollover Thursday afternoon just before 2 p.m. on HWY 33 between Old Shakertown Road and Candlewood Drive.

Alicia Hernandez, 20, of Harrodsburg, was driving a 1998 Honda northbound on HWY 33 when her vehicle left the right side of the road and struck a tree. A 16-year-old passenger in the vehicle was treated and transported to Ephraim McDowell by Boyle County EMS. Hernandez was removed from the vehicle by Danville Fire Department. She was taken to Ephraim McDowell by Boyle County EMS.

Injuries to both individuals are unknown as of press time.
